How do I establish as a patient?
Simply call (806) 910-9969 and have your medication list and insurance information ready.
What would result in a patient being dismissed?
The clinic tries to avoid dismissing patients. Some common causes:
- Recurrent missed appointments
- Noncompliance or failure to show to imaging/referrals made – these require a lot of staff resources to arrange.
- Rude/unpleasant to staff, foul language. This is true for in person or on the phone.
- If you have multiple complaints in each visit, the physician may decide it is best to have your primary provider be a general internist who may have more resources to provide more in each visit.
Why do I need an insurance card and medications at each visit?
This helps us ensure the accuracy of your information.
What is a DOT physical?
A DOT physical is a bodily exam performed by a medical provider to assess an individual’s physical capability to perform specific duties related to jobs through the U.S. Department of Transportation.
